Post COVID, Blackburn Business Improvement District ran a campaign to welcome people back to the high street. This campaign involved commissioning a series of art pieces including this forward looking banner. This involved hand -drawn appliqued letting. This banner currently lives in Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery.
